Destiny. Where to Afterlife?

In life, if you steal, kill or commit an offence, you will go to jail. In some places, you will face capital punishment.

In the afterlife, if you die a believer of God (The One and Only), his prophets and the true guidance they all brought to us, you will go to heaven. Else, it's hell. For eternity.

Wait...why & how?

God almighty ordered humans to apply justice and abide by His rules. However, this is not the case on most parts of the globe. Over the entire human history. On many parts of the world, we still see injustice rife. Killing, stealing, rape, ruthless wars, modern day slavery and lots more go without punishment. Hundreds of thousands of people are helpless to unfairness of different forms everyday. How come many of the perpetrators go unpunished?

It maybe easy for wrong doers to escape justice in this world and die unpunished. Maybe because they have money to bribe, influence or power. These advantages quickly evaporates when death strikes.

The ancient Egyptians thought they can take gold and money with them to the afterlife to buy stuff and continue to live at the same standards in the hereafter. These treasures have either been looted or it’s in a museum.

When a person dies, they are striped of everything. Nothing follows them to the grave, except their good and bad deeds. What's the world's worth if we are reminded that we are going to taking nothing with us?

Then the promised judgement day comes when absolute real justice will be served. God almighty is the judge and will reward the good doers and punish the criminals. The reward and punishment will vary depending on the scale of the deeds.

So why did God sent the messengers? what was the message?
